I COLLECT COLD WAR CIVIL DEFENSE ITEMS

My main interest is in nuclear, Civil Defense items, and radiation meters.

In the last 5 years I have managed to purchase many models of these on EBAY.

I sometimes purchase other unique items related to radiation, and the Cold War:

radiation meters, books, calculators, movies, repair parts for meters, Collections of Civil Defense Publications, etc.

I am a retired Navy Electronics Technician, and now have a beef farm in the mountains of western Virginia.

CD V-718 Geiger counter (military AN/VDR-2 ) IM-243 or DWM-200A

CD V-711(Model 1 Jordan) & (Model 2 Nuclear Chicago) Special Remote Radiation Meter for Regional Bomb Shelters

CD V-700 Geiger counter (Nuclear Measurements)(GS-3CD)

CD V-750 Model 4 dosimeter charger (if there is such a model).

I'm also intersted in medical kits, sanitation kits, and other items that were stocked in "fallout shelters" and "Emergency Operations Centers" during the "Cold War".
